Need a Better Bookkeeping Solution for your non-profit organization?

Tax Preparation for Non-Profit

Instead of you doing it yourself, or relying on inexperienced volunteers, we’ve got a better idea:

You concentrate on your mission and let us handle your books!

Maintaining timely and accurate financial records is one of the most important responsibilities facing every non-profit organization. But, doing it right is time-consuming, and the rules are complicated. Plus, if you’re like most non-profit leaders, you’re not an accounting professional. So, how do you make sure this critical function is properly covered?

We understand the complexity and nuance of non-profit bookkeeping and have the knowledge and expertise to ensure that your records are accurate, timely, and in full compliance with state and federal accounting rules.

By using our Bookkeeping Services your non-profit will be paired with an experienced bookkeeper, Quickbooks ProAdvisor certified, that has knowledge of non-profit accounting. The bookkeeper will get to know you and your organization, helping you to craft and maintain solid books and records. We become part of your team!

Accurate & Timely, Every Month

By using our Bookkeeping Services clients can rest assured, knowing their books are accurate and up-to-date. You’ll receive:

  • Bank account reconciliation
  • Income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement
  • Filing for all required compliance
  • Advice and counsel to keep you operating smoothly

Of course, if your organization has $50,000 or more in gross receipts we will file an exempt organization information return, either Form 990, Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax, or Form 990-EZ, Short Form Return of Organization Exempt from Income. If you have less than $ 50,000 gross receipts, we will file a form 990-N (annual electronic notice).

All Florida nonprofit corporations must file an Annual Report yearly to maintain “active” status. The first report should be filed a year after the corporation has been formed. Filing Period: The report must be filed between January 1st and May 1st. We will ensure that the report is filed every year so that your organization will stay active.
